These terms of sale apply to the purchase of a VIP subscription on tchatadult.com, sold by [to complete: name or company, address, company number, VAT number]. They complement the terms of use.

1. What you buy

The VIP subscription gives access, for the chosen period, to the benefits described on the VIP page at the time of purchase (for example: VIP badge, VIP-only GIFs and photos in the chat, more visibility, no ads). Benefits may change; an essential benefit is not withdrawn during a period already paid for.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on the VIP page before payment. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

3. Payment

Payment is handled by a specialised provider (card, cryptocurrency or another method offered). The site never sees or stores your card numbers. For your discretion, the descriptor on your bank statement is: [to complete: bank descriptor]. The subscription is activated as soon as the provider confirms the payment.

4. Duration, no automatic renewal

The period is shown before payment. It is a one-off payment: the subscription ends automatically at the end of the paid period, with no renewal and no hidden charge. To continue, simply buy a new period.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. However, the VIP subscription is digital content supplied immediately: by requesting immediate activation when paying, you expressly agree that it starts before the end of this period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). 6. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal, a period that has started is not refunded, unless the service was significantly unavailable through our fault. An account suspended for breaching the terms (for example forbidden content or fraud) is not entitled to a refund. Any abusive refund request to the bank (chargeback) leads to suspension of the subscription.

7. Complaints and mediation
