Consent is the foundation of libertinism, online and in real life. On tchatadult.com it applies at three moments.

1. Before taking photos or filming

Everyone visible must be an adult and agree to be photographed or filmed, freely, knowingly and without pressure. Filming or photographing someone in an intimate moment without their consent is a criminal offence.

2. Before posting

Agreeing to a photo is not agreeing to its publication. Before posting content showing someone else (partner, member of a couple, party guest), make sure they accept this specific publication, on this site, in this gallery (public or private). For a couple account, both partners must agree to each post.

3. During a live

Everyone on screen must be an adult and agree to appear live. Lives are recorded for replay: before each live you must confirm the agreement of everyone present, and this agreement is recorded with its date. See the live streaming terms.

Withdrawing consent

People can change their minds. If you appear in content posted by someone else and no longer agree, or never did, report it with the ⚑ flag or write to [to complete: contact e-mail] with the link to the content. We remove it quickly, without asking you to justify yourself. If you are the author, simply delete the content.

Proof of consent

We may ask the author of content for proof of the age and consent of the people shown (an identity check for each of them). Without a satisfactory answer, the content is removed.
