tchatadult.com is for adults only. To protect minors and prevent fake profiles, we check members’ age and identity.

On entering the site

Every visitor must declare being 18 or over before accessing the site, and confirm it at sign-up. Every member’s e-mail address is confirmed.

Photo check with an ID document

From the “Verify my identity” menu, the member sends a photo of themselves holding their ID document (ID card, passport or driving licence) next to their face. A team member checks that the member is an adult and that their face matches the document. The photo is then deleted: we only keep the date and the result. Verified members get the ✔ “Verified” badge.

Depending on the site’s settings, verification may be required to see private galleries and lives, to post or to send messages.

People shown in content

By posting, each member guarantees that everyone visible in their photos, videos and lives is an adult and has agreed (see consent). We may require an identity check for each of them and remove any content in case of doubt.

Automatic checks

New photos and videos may be analysed automatically to detect a person who might be a minor. Content flagged by this tool is hidden immediately, then checked by the team.

If you have a doubt about someone’s age

Report the content or profile immediately with the ⚑ flag. Any sexual content involving a minor is deleted, the account closed and the facts reported to the authorities (in France: internet-signalement.gouv.fr).
